Job Responsibilities
Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures according to established procedures and blueprints.
Read and interpret basic assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of material.
Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality defects, reporting any issues to a supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with material handling and packaging as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs as required.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred, but not required.
Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and safety warnings.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
Basic understanding of quality control principles.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
