Description

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Moon Surgical is responsible for achieving sales targets through various stages of the sales process. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, qualifying them, convincing key decision-makers, and translating the clinical and operational benefits into customized business cases and develop Maestro Install Base. The ASM will also design financial propositions, secure account agreements, and support implementation at customer sites. This includes responsibilities like meeting or exceeding sales goals, identifying opportunities in accounts, conducting qualification meetings, creating tailored business cases, and maintaining records in the CRM system. Collaboration with other sales roles and personal development in therapy and technical knowledge are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

Degree in Business or Life Sciences. Minimum of 7 years sales experience in the medical device industry with a focus on selling disruptive capital equipment and programs. Experience in the soft tissue minimally invasive and laparoscopic landscape is critical. Significant knowledge of General Surgery, Gynecology, Thoracic, and Urology procedures. Existing networks in these specialties, particularly General and Gynecologic surgery is essential. Ability to identify business problems/opportunities and recommend solutions. Results-driven, flexible, entrepreneurial mindset. Independent, autonomous, self-motivating, and perseverant. Highly sales and results-oriented with high ethical standards.
