Spinal Simplicity is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support physician partners and clinical teams in the safe, effective use of our minimally invasive spine solutions. This role is hands-on and field-based, providing case coverage, product education, and in-servicing to help drive procedure success and an exceptional customer experience—always with a patient-first mindset and uncompromising attention to detail.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant clinical/OR experience considered. 2+ years of experience in medical device, OR, surgical tech, nursing, or related clinical support role preferred. Experience in spine, orthopedics, or procedural environments strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and comfort working in fast-paced clinical settings. Confident communicator with the ability to train and support diverse clinical teams. Ability to lift and move instrument trays/product kits and stand for extended periods during cases. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory; early mornings/evenings as cases require.
