Deliver MRI application training in the clinical, classroom, and remote settings.
Provide ongoing applications support as the customer’s trusted advisor throughout the equipment lifecycle to achieve customer’s desired outcomes.
Primary focus will be to provide support to MRI customers in Indonesia, also periodically support other countries within ASEAN.
Serve as a subject matter expert (MR) and technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.
Support product demonstrations, site visits and marketing activities.
Introduce new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation (MR) and ongoing training needs.
Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training; monitor and report on training outcomes.
Act as focal point for MR modality team, identify and solve customer issues, assist in escalations, problem determination, specialty training requests and communicate potential leads to relevant teams.
Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.
Willingness and ability to travel within Indonesia and periodically ASEAN countries.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in radiography or radiologic technology with more than 5 years of MR technical/clinical industry experience
Demonstrated experience working on MRI systems
Deep understanding of MR clinical education training and associated process implementation.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience.
Proficient use of software applications such as, Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, and execute education programs.
Excellent Interpersonal skills and working as part of a dynamic team environment.
Demonstrated experience working on GE HealthCare MRI systems.
