Analyze issues and recommend solutions. Ensure thorough documentation and perform unit testing. <br />Mentor junior staff and provide high-level production support. Deliver quality code for testing and validation, adhering to IT and Corporate policies.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and resolve IT tickets raised by business units related to various applications.</li><li>Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the business functionality of supported applications.</li><li>Actively collaborate with one or more functional areas within Parexel to align business processes with systems and tools.</li><li>Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with other IT Team members.</li><li>Document technical issues and solutions thoroughly.</li><li>Provide on-call support as needed.</li><li>Deliver excellent resolutions to all Application issues.</li><li>Analyze complex problems and recommend effective solutions.</li><li>Ensure thorough documentation and perform unit testing.</li><li>Mentor junior staff members.</li><li>Provide high-level production support.</li><li>Deliver quality code for testing and validation.</li><li>Adhere to IT and Corporate policies.</li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</li><li>Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to provide on-call support.</li><li>Experience with SQL queries and Java or other related tools.</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Chance to contribute to cutting-edge clinical research technologies.</li></ul><p></p><p>How to Apply: If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume</p>
