This position will be responsible for the overall QMS strategy globally for Radiopharma (PETNET US/EU and AdAcAp).<p>Job Description Summary</p><p>The role is expected to be the technical professional for a new QMS system and 2 ERP systems. You will be required to have high level knowledge and technical skills related to the use and function of assigned applications. Responsibilities also include development and implementation of best ways to integrate with other systems and platforms.</p><p>Job Description</p><ul><li>Work with product owner and stakeholders to define solutions and integrations that align with business strategies, priorities, and expected benefit.</li><li>Subject matter expert for the applications, will be the technical consult with product owners and stakeholders to implement efficient layout, design, workflow, and customizations.</li><li>Collaborate with reporting and analytics professionals to integrate and extract data from the applications when standard application reporting is not sufficient.</li><li>Will collaborate with the product owners to coordinate implementation and long term strategies globally.</li><li>Responsible for collection, prioritization, and implementation of change requests.</li><li>Communicates with vendors and service providers on an accountable level to solve principle problems.</li><li>Contributes to planning, designing and implementing of the operational and maintenance environment.</li><li>Executes relevant operational and maintenance tests, and designs and documents existing and changed operational processes.</li><li>Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill operational requirements. Analyze and monitor service changes and levels according to internal or external agreements.</li><li>Performs complex installations, integration as well as operations and maintenance processes requiring in-depth technical knowledge or collaboration with team members in specific fields of expertise such as data center, network, IT workplace or database operations as well as the operation and maintenance of individual and whole landscapes of business and infrastructure applications.</li><li>Serve as point of escalation and 2nd tier support for issues related to the applications.</li><li>Ensure compliance to Q, ISEC and DP regulations.</li><li>Ensure applications are properly cataloged and maintained in the CMDB.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.</li><li>Minimum 8-10 years experience with application management, especially ERP and/or QMS.</li><li>Comfortable working with multiple internal departments and external vendors.</li><li>Experience working with global teams, sometimes during non standard business hours and weekends.</li><li>Working knowledge of Linux environments with at least 5 years of experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of Windows environments with at least 5 years of experience.</li><li>Adept at creating documentation related to describing environment or procedures that is easily consumable by other professionals.</li><li>Understanding of product lifecycle management.</li><li>Experience performing application changes - including updates, customizations, and performance improvements with all the necessary testing and staging required to be successful.</li><li>Familiar with TCP/IP networking, LAN and WAN</li><li>Familiar with cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)</li><li>Experience with reporting solutions and specifically how to integrate and extract data (examples-SSRS, PowerBI, Qlik)</li><li>Programming experience (examples-Go, C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL, Powershell)</li><li>Database administration (examples-RDS, MS SQL, Postgres)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who we are</b>: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
