In this strategic role, you will design, implement, and oversee the Veeva platform (including Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault/Vault CRM) to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Your architecture will support commercial, medical, and sales operations across multiple regions globally.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership<ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of the Veeva Vault CRM solution, including integrations with other enterprise systems.</li></ul>Solution Design<ul><li>Define high-level architecture and detailed solution designs, balancing out-of-the-box functionality with custom development and country-specific configurations.</li></ul>Technical Oversight<ul><li>Guide technical teams and developers; act as the main technical point of contact for CRM solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.</li></ul>Integration & Migration<ul><li>Develop strategies for data and content migration and integration with external systems.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the process.</li></ul>Documentation & Best Practices<ul><li>Create and maintain architectural documentation, solution blueprints, data models, integration patterns, and security controls.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor partners to define requirements, validate solution designs, and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul>System Health & Performance<ul><li>Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements as needed.</li></ul>Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure the solution meets all relevant SQA regulatory and compliance requirements, including data privacy and security standards.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>7+ years designing and implementing Veeva-based solutions, including Veeva CRM and/or Veeva Vault CRM, in multi-country/multi-org environments.</li><li>Deep understanding of Veeva Vault architecture, data models, and integration patterns.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Java, APIs, and metadata management.</li><li>Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks.</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Flosum) and Agile methodologies.</li></ul>Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)<ul><li>Veeva CRM / Vault Certifications.</li><li>Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, and other Veeva modules.</li><li>Prior experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Experience leading large-scale migration and integration projects.</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Strategic thinking and architectural vision.</li><li>Technical leadership and mentoring.</li><li>Business acumen and an ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Veeva product releases and industry trends.</li></ul></div>What We Offer Attractive compensation package that includes competitive pay and structure Bonus, as well as benefits such as<ul><li>Private Health Insurance for you and your family</li><li>Occupational Pension Scheme with an excellence contribution rate</li><li>Bonus Target</li><li>Life assurance</li><li>Career Development</li><li>Growing business plus access to many more benefits</li></ul>Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
