We are currently recruiting for a Benefits Program Manager, Asia. In this key role, you will support managing benefits programs in several Asian countries through a period of strategic transformation. We are seeking a dynamic customer focused team player who strives to support business scale and growth. You will be responsible for overseeing vendor partnerships, program implementation, employee communications, compliance and administration oversight.

In this role you will be accountable to manage outside vendors as well as collaborate with internal partners (HR shared services, HR business partners, legal, finance and payroll teams) to achieve desired business results. This position will report to the Associate VP, HR Benefits.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in benefit programs, partnering with the HR Shared Services team to implement processes and support complex employee queries.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive benefit program communications to optimize program awareness and utilization.

  • Stay abreast of legislative requirements with respect to benefit programs and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.

  • Support annual strategy/RFPs and budgeting.

  • Manage the relationship with vendors, brokers and consultants.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of benefits experience including deep knowledge of benefit programs across Asia

  • Demonstrated track record in managing/delivering successful benefits programs

  • Strong project management and consulting skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Established vendor management skills

  • Very strong financial, analytical and audit skills; strong command of Excel

  • Proven experience working in a global environment for medium to large size companies

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
