From Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Audit, Investor Relations, Strategy & Corporate Development to Accounting, our Finance functions have a diverse and global presence, providing significant opportunities to develop outstanding career experiences and perspectives.<br /><br />Seeking an Accounts Payable Manager who will be responsible for a team of 8-10 people leading the end-to-end accounts payable process. They will develop and execute strategy for the function, as well as finding opportunities to optimize processes and eliminate process inefficiencies. Looking for a leader focused on talent development.<br /><br />What you will do:<br /><br />• Manage the processes of Accounts Payable to ensure up to date and timely payment of local and foreign vendor purchases<br /><br />• Manage the processes for supplier contract management and consignment arrangement<br /><br />• Preparation, approval and communication of all financial reporting materials and metrics for management, statutory, preparation of corresponding monthly, and annually related financial statements<br /><br />• Responsible and accountable to develop and implement finance and accounting procedures in the related area of accounting responsibilities<br /><br />• Ensure that finance staff maintains financial records in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP<br /><br />• Work with Corporate Treasury on the payment process and working capital needs<br /><br />• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards and SOX compliance<br /><br />• Identify and leads initiatives to improve DOS & E&O performance<br /><br />• Drive efficiency in inventory management & payables practices<br /><br />• Understands and deploys the best tools / methods to effectively communicate complex topics<br /><br />• Develops high quality effective presentations (i.e. engaging, motivating, concise, well-prep)<br /><br />How you will get here:<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in Accounts Payable or P2P operations<br /><br />Knowledge, Skills, Abilities<br /><br />• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in MS Word and Excel, and in ERP systems (i.e. SAP)<br /><br />• Possess excellent interpersonal skills that are adaptable to the appropriate level given the audience (presentation, verbal, written)<br /><br />• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results<br /><br />• Collaborative and positive demeanor with desire to work in a demanding, fast paced, and dynamic work environment<br /><br />Travel Requirements<br /><br />• Less than 25%</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
