A Day in the Life

Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation or salary administration, preferably in manufacturing plants.
• Experience managing variable compensation schemes, incentives, salary market analysis, salary scales, and compensation structures.
• Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance with internal policies.

Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience using human resource management systems (e.g., Tress, Workday).
• Intermediate-advanced English

Soft Skills
• Critical analysis and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Teamwork, collaboration, and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Confidentiality and professional ethics.

Main Responsibilities
• Manage and update salary scales.
• Participate in salary surveys and market analysis.

• Propose improvements to compensation schemes.
• Manage and update compensation policies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and legal policies regarding compensation.
• Provide guidance to leaders and employees on compensation practices.
• Support internal and external audits related to payments and compensation.
• Generate reports and analyses to support management decision-making.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
