Mission générale de la fonction
La mission est de s’assurer que les aspects budgétaires et financiers liés aux études cliniques sont conformes à la réglementation en vigueur, aux Bonnes Pratiques Cliniques et aux procédures internes.
Activités principales
Au sein du Siège de notre entreprise, vous rejoindrez la Direction des Opérations cliniques sous la supervision d’un Sr COM (Senior Clinical Operations Manager) et au sein de l’équipe des Coordinateurs d’Etudes Cliniques (CTC)
En tant qu’alternant(e) en Spécialiste contrats et paiements vous aurez comme activités principales :
Traitement et suivi des factures
Support dans la négociation des contrats
Suivi du dispositif anti-corruption
Support à la rédaction de procédures
Reporting
Tracking
Présentation aux managers d’analyses de données
Classements de documents
