Alternance en Management de Projets et Performance Industrielle H/F

Au sein de l'équipe Process Performance Management et/ou Production, vous aurez pour principales missions sur les secteurs préparation matériels stériles, formulation, remplissage et lyophilisation :

- contribuer à la préparation et la présentation des données de performance

- participer à l'analyse des indicateurs et à l'identification d'axes d'amélioration visant à fiabiliser les procédés, optimiser l'organisation et améliorer la performance opérationnelle

- participer à la réalisation et au suivi des plans d'actions en collaboration avec les équipes production, qualité, maintenance, validation et autres supports ad hoc

- proposer et mettre en place des outils simples pour améliorer le suivi de performance de production et des projets d'amélioration

- participation au suivi et au développement de l'amélioration continue dans les zones de production (Process performance management, problem solving, standard work, 5S, culture & mindset).

Formation

• Étudiant(e) en Bac+3 à Bac+4 : Licence professionnelle, BUT, Ecole d'ingénieur ou Master 1 en génie des procédés, génie industriel, chimie, biotechnologies, sciences pharmaceutiques, qualité ou équivalent.

Compétences techniques

• Bonnes bases en analyse de données et statistiques appliquées
• Connaissance ou intérêt pour les outils de reporting (Power BI / Tableau / autres outils de visualisation).
• Notions de Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standard work et problem solving.
• Compréhension des indicateurs de performance (KPI, OEE) et aptitude à préparer et présenter des données.

Savoir‑être et aptitudes

• Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité d’analyse.
• Esprit d’équipe et aisance dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs production, qualité, maintenance et validation.
• Proactivité : capacité à proposer et mettre en œuvre des outils simples d’amélioration.
• Bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale ; synthèse et restitution claire des résultats.
• Anglais technique opérationnel souhaité.

Conditions et disponibilités

• Disponibilité pour une alternance de 1 à 3 ans (rythme à définir selon cursus).

Notes : profil ouvert aux candidats potentiellement sans expérience industrielle mais motivés par l’amélioration continue ; une première expérience (stage, projet) en production ou qualité sera un plus.
