Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Product Strategy & Vision**
- Define and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for healthcare and digital pathology solutions.
- Conduct market and competitive research, including trends in digital pathology, whole slide imaging, AI algorithms, and clinical diagnostics workflows.
- Identify opportunities to enhance diagnostics accuracy, lab efficiency, and clinician experience.
Requirements
**Required Qualifications**
- **6-12 years of experience** in product management, product ownership, or related roles in **healthcare technology, medical devices, imaging, or digital health.**
- Prior experience transitioning from **engineering / technical roles to product leadership.**
- **Strong understanding of:**
- Healthcare workflows (radiology, pathology, diagnostics)
- Medical imaging and data standards (HL7, DICOM)
- Regulated product environments (CE, MDR, FDA 510(k))
- Hands-on experience with **Agile / SAFe methodologies** (CSPO or similar certification preferred).
