AI Team Lead (Hands-On)

Geneyx is looking for a visionary yet deeply hands-on AI Team Lead to elevate and expand the next generation of AI capabilities in genetics and precision medicine. In this role, you’ll guide a team of top-tier engineers and researchers while building intelligent agents and strengthening the AI infrastructure behind our genomic analysis platform. You will lead the AI team in developing and deploying advanced ML models and intelligent agents, collaborate with geneticists and domain experts to integrate AI into genomic workflows, shape the roadmap of Geneyx’s AI initiatives, drive improvements in model accuracy, scalability, and interpretability, mentor the team, serve as a hands-on technical leader, and stay current with emerging tools and research in AI and computational biology.
