Purpose of the role:
Your mission is to support the evolution of our operational landscape. You will focus on converting traditional routine processes into agile, AI-enhanced workflows. Additionally, you will provide essential support to our Document Management team, ensuring key project documents are managed and processed accurately within our Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), specifically DiaDoc and SAP.
Main responsibilities:
Process Analysis: Critically evaluate established routine processes to identify specific opportunities for AI-driven optimization and efficiency gains.
Implementation & Strategy: Support the deployment and maintenance of intelligent solutions while assisting with internal communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption.
Operational Support: Assist in the daily management of project documentation, ensuring high standards of data integrity and accessibility.

Hands-on Document Management: You will gain practical experience in an international regulatory environment by processing selected project documents within our professional EDMS.

Education: You are a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate looking to launch your career in a high-impact environment.
