Here, you’ll help build the first biopharma company powered by AI at scale.</p><p></p><p>We are seeking an AI Product Line Owner to lead a centralized Sanofi workflow execution platform supporting AI, analytics, and domain research workflows across R&amp;D.</p><p></p><p>This role owns the core platform responsible for orchestrating containerized and distributed workloads across cloud and high-performance computing (HPC) environments. The platform integrates with enterprise research data systems and serves as the foundation for downstream AI/ML, Omics, Chemistry, CMC, Portfolio, and Clinical workflows.</p><p></p><p>You will partner closely with platform engineers, infrastructure teams, and scientific stakeholders to ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, compliant, and easy to build on. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.<br /> </p><p></p><p><u><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></u></p><p><b>Product Ownership</b></p><ul><li><p>Own the roadmap and backlog for the Sanofi workflow execution platform.</p></li><li><p>Define requirements for workflow orchestration, runtime execution, APIs, metadata, logging, and observability.</p></li><li><p>Balance platform reliability, scalability, and technical evolution with new capability development.</p></li><li><p>Translate domain and engineering needs into clear, actionable product requirements.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Platform Integration</b></p><ul><li><p>Define and manage integration between the workflow platform and enterprise research data systems.</p></li><li><p>Ensure clean contracts for data access, metadata exchange, lineage, and governance.</p></li><li><p>Partner with security, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure enterprise-grade compliance and access control.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>HPC &amp; Distributed Compute Enablement</b></p><ul><li><p>Own product requirements for large-scale compute execution across cloud and hybrid HPC environments.</p></li><li><p>Define user experience for launching, monitoring, and troubleshooting compute-intensive workloads.</p></li><li><p>Partner with infrastructure teams to align workload requirements with resource and cost models.</p></li></ul><p><b>Delivery &amp; Execution</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead agile product delivery in partnership with engineering and Scrum leadership.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned to strategic objectives.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate platform maintenance, operational support, and release planning.</p></li><li><p>Proactively manage cross-team dependencies and platform sequencing risks.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li><p>Monitor platform adoption, stability, and operational metrics.</p></li><li><p>Incorporate user feedback to improve usability and performance.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the platform evolves to support expanding AI and domain-specific workloads.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p><b><u>Experience</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>8&#43; years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or scientific computing environments.</p></li><li><p>Experience delivering products used by technical or scientific users.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and distributed systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience with workflow orchestration, containerized workloads, or HPC environments is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies in complex enterprise settings.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Technical Skills</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum-based delivery.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with APIs, platform architecture, observability, and operational resilience.</p></li><li><p>Experience with data platforms, ML workflows, or regulated systems is a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Soft Skills</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Clear product vision articulation and strategic thinking.</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder management across engineering, science, and leadership.</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Education</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelors degree required, Master’s degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>Advanced scientific or computational background is a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Why This Role Matters</h2><p>This role owns the platform that enables scalable, AI-ready workflow execution.
