Advanced Product Specialist

·       Execute product strategy and territory plans to achieve Lab ÄKTA orders and sales targets in the assigned region.

·       Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities across Academia, Biopharma Process development and other relevant life science applications.

·       Generate and develop opportunities through customer visits, technical presentations, seminars, networking and close collaboration with account managers and channel partners.

·       Understand customer purification workflows and business challenges, recommend appropriate ÄKTA systems, configurations and workflow solutions, and clearly translate technical advantages into customer value.

·       Lead product selection, demonstrations, sample testing and technical evaluations; track trial results and support customers through technical specification, bidding and purchasing decisions.

·       Build strong relationships with scientists, process-development teams, key opinion leaders and decision makers at strategic and key accounts.

·       Provide advanced technical and application support, product training and troubleshooting to customers, sales teams and channel partners, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

·       Collect and communicate market trends, competitive intelligence, unmet customer needs and emerging application opportunities; recommend actions that strengthen positioning and support business growth.

·       Maintain accurate opportunity, forecast and customer-interaction information in relevant company systems, and provide regular visibility of pipeline progress, risks and required actions.

·       Act as a subject-matter expert for Lab ÄKTA, share best practices, enable internal teams and coach less-experienced product specialists when required.
