Job Description

• 角色与职责 | Roles & Responsibilities

• 利用扎实的工艺技术知识与分析能力，负责新品的工艺技术路线规划、设备选型与验证、新技术引入、试制组织与推进、工艺参数确定与验证，以及工艺文件（如作业指导书、DMR、DHR）的建立、更新与培训。
• 确保新产品工艺开发顺利落地，持续输出质量稳定、产量可控且具备成本竞争力的制造方案。
• 主导产品的技术改进、工艺优化和效率提升工作；对工艺问题进行系统性分析、跟踪与改善，并持续推动产品质量提升。
• 积极协同跨部门团队推动工艺相关事项落地，具备良好的逻辑思维及风险管理意识，能够有效识别、预防和规避工艺管理中的潜在风险。
• 作为团队的技术资源，为经验较少的同事提供支持；能够领导低风险的小型项目，清晰传达技术信息，促进团队达成共识，并在必要时处理敏感工艺类议题。

• 基本资格 | Basic Qualifications

• 制造工程岗位，要求本科学历（工科类专业优先）。
• 优秀的口头表达、书面沟通能力和跨部门协作能力。
• 具备较强的人际影响力和团队领导力，可带领小团队或推动中等规模的工艺项目。
• 能够同时管理并协调多个制造工艺相关任务或项目。
• 具备扎实的问题识别、根因分析和解决能力。
• 可靠的技术分析能力与组织协调能力，能够支持持续的工艺改进与项目推进。
