We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the Specialty Medicine commercial team, including the Business Unit Head and sales and marketing teams. In this role, you will support the smooth execution of commercial activities across administration, logistics, approvals, procurement and team coordination.

Your day at Ferring

You will:

  • Support the team across a range of sales and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate commercial pre-approval processes and maintain compliant documentation.
  • Assist with contracting, purchase orders, invoicing and supplier administration.
  • Support procurement activities as a COUPA super-user in line with company policy.
  • Support post-activity financial administration and spend reconciliation.
  • Maintain filing, archiving and document-management processes.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and support starter pack request handling.
  • Coordinate travel, calendars and planning tools for the Specialty Medicine team.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events and conference logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Support marketing material approvals through Veeva PromoMats and assist with documentation for tenders and formulary submissions.

  • Previous experience in an administrative, team support or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to work effectively across teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting events, procurement, invoicing or compliance-based processes will be highly regarded.
