1.) 部門について – About the Operating Unit/Portfolio/Function

HEPR&GA（Health Economics, Policy & Reimbursement / Government Affairs）は、革新的な医療技術の価値を社会・医療制度につなぎ、必要とする患者さんに届けるための環境を創る部門です。 保険適用・償還戦略、医療経済・臨床エビデンスの創出、行政・業界団体等との政策対話を通じて、医療機器の価値を制度の言葉に翻訳します。Marketing、Clinical、Regulatoryなど社内外の多様なステークホルダーをつなぎ、患者アクセスの向上と持続可能な医療、そして事業成長を支える戦略的な役割を担っています。

2.) 業務内容 – About the position / Primary Responsibilities

ヘルスケア政策および医療経済・保険償還を担う専門部門（HEPR＆GA部門）にて、部門全体の円滑な業務運営を支える業務サポートを担当していただきます。

• 部門宛の郵便物・社内便の仕分け、および文書管理
• 部門主催の社内勉強会 運営補助
• 各種加盟団体の各種対応
• メドトロニックイノベーションセンター(MIC)の見学申請、部屋予約、当日の運営サポート
• 各省庁や関連機関の審議会、通知資料のDLと保管、英語化(変換ソフトあり)
• 会議資料、配布資料のPDF化、文字起こし、ファイルの整理
• 社外セミナー、シンポジウム等の参加申込、経費精算手続き　　　　など

a)　必須要件 – Required Qualifications

• 高卒以上
• 営業事務、一般事務の経験
• Microsoft Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams）をスムーズに使用できるITスキル

b)　歓迎要件 – Preferred Qualifications

• 医療業界または官公庁・加盟団体等に関わる業界での事務経験
• 英語に対する抵抗感がない方(英語化業務では変換ソフトを利用いただきます)
