Admin Coordinator

<p>岗位职责</p> <p>一、行政事务执行与日常支持</p> <ol> <li>协助采购办公用品采购、进出库登记、分发及定期盘点；</li> <li>跟进月度水电费、物业费、租金等费用单据整理与支付流程；</li> <li>协助行政经理推进日常基础行政事务落地，高效完成领导交办的其他临时性工作。</li> </ol> <p>二、实验室事务辅助与数据整理</p> <ol> <li>负责药物发现部门、转化医学部门本地实验室各类技术文档、SOP、实验记录、试剂仪器台账的整理、分类、归档与保管；</li> <li>协助实验室管理员定期清点实验试剂、仪器设备，完成库存登记与账物核对，按需提报补充需求。</li> <li>协助实行政经理和验室管理员协调外部供应商进行实验室维护服务。</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p>任职要求</p> <ol> <li>行政、文秘、管理类相关专业，大专及以上学历。</li> <li>2年以上行政相关工作经验，有实验室行政协助经验者优先，优秀应届生可考虑。</li> <li>具备文档整理与台账登记能力，细心严谨，能精准完成数据核对与资料归档工作。</li> <li>熟悉Office等办公软件操作，可独立处理单据、报表类工作。</li> <li>具备良好的沟通协调能力与执行力，有较强的责任心。</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><strong>About Angitia:</strong></p> <p>Established in June 2018, Angitia Biopharmaceuticals is a multinational research and development enterprise focusing on discovery and development of new drugs for grievous bone, muscle and joint diseases.
