Reconciles vendor statements with <br>recorded payable entries and may require contacting vendors directly to discuss any discrepancies. Using office-automated systems to <br>input data, generate reports and complete specialized projects as needed. Communicate with internal departments to research outstanding <br>issues. Reconcile balancing accounts. <br><br>Monday – Friday 8 – 4:30; 100% on-site<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Description</h2><p><b>Specific Functions or Duties </b><br />• Review customer statements <br />• Process returned payments<br />• Review blocked payments <br />• Process sales tax adjustments <br />• Prepare quarterly accrual reports <br />• Enter payment requests in various systems <br />• Research GRIR discrepancies <br />• Meets specific deadlines for month end and accounting close calendar. </p><p></p><p><b>Education and Experience</b><br />• Experience with manufacturing<br />• 2&#43; years of accounting experience<br />• Associate’s degree (or related experience)</p><p>.
