<div><div><i>Accounts Payable Accounting Expert</i> </div></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p></p><p><b>Location:</b> Lüleburgaz  </p><p><b>Job type:</b> Permanent, Full time </p><p>--- </p><p><b>About the job</b> </p><p></p><p><b>Our Team:</b> </p><p></p><p>The Finance team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and partners. We&#39;re a collaborative team committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and supporting our companies’ mission. </p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities:</b> </p><p></p><p><b>Invoice Processing &amp; Vendor Management</b> </p><p>• Receive, review, and process supplier invoices in accordance with company policies </p><p>• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts (3-way matching) </p><p>• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and suppliers </p><p>• Maintain up-to-date and accurate vendor master data </p><p>• Ensure proper application of KDV (VAT) and other tax requirements relative to payables accounting </p><p></p><p><b>Payment Execution</b> </p><p>• Prepare weekly payment runs (wire transfers) </p><p>• Ensure payments are executed on time and in line with cash-flow priorities </p><p>• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on missing invoices or credit notes </p><p></p><p><b>Accounting &amp; Controls</b> </p><p>• Code invoices correctly to the general ledger and cost centers </p><p>• Support month-end closing by preparing AP accruals and reconciliation schedules </p><p>• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements </p><p>• Assist in internal and external audit requests </p><p></p><p><b>Process Improvement</b> </p><p>• Participate in AP process optimization and digitalization initiatives </p><p>• Support the implementation and testing of ERP/AP automation tools </p><p>• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work </p><p>--- </p><p><b>About you</b> </p><p></p><p><b>Experience:</b> </p><p>• Significant experience in industrial accounting within an international environment </p><p>• Proven track record in accounts payable operations and vendor management </p><p>• Strong background in invoice processing, payment execution, and financial controls </p><p></p><p><b>Soft skills:</b> </p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy </p><p>• Strong organizational and time management abilities </p><p>• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills </p><p>• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach </p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team </p><p></p><p><b>Technical skills:</b> </p><p>• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) </p><p>• Deep knowledge of Turkish statutory rules, KDV/VAT regulations, and tax requirements </p><p>• Solid understanding of TFRS (Turkish Financial Reporting Standards) </p><p>• Proficiency in 3-way matching processes and AP controls </p><p>• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis </p><p></p><p><b>Education:</b> </p><p>• Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field </p><p></p><p><b>Languages:</b> </p><p>• Fluency in Turkish and advanced English skills  </p><p>--- </p><p><b>Pursue progress, discover extraordinary</b> </p><p></p><p>Better is out there.
