We’re always looking towards the future, anticipating changes in medical science and technology.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>The Opportunity</span></b></p><p><span>This position works at Istanbul location in the International Finance Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries.</span></p><p></p><h2><b><u><span>What You’ll Do</span></u></b></h2><p></p><h3><b>Accounting Operations</b></h3><ul><li>Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities in line with corporate timelines.</li><li>Perform day‑to‑day accounting tasks including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting policies.</li><li>Monitor AP/AR transactions and support treasury or cash‑flow processes when required.</li></ul><ul><li>Support fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and inventory controls.</li><li>Cost Accounting – Oversees end to end cost accounting processes by maintaining accurate cost structures, analyzes variances, and collaborates with operations to ensure cost accuracy and efficiency.</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Financial Reporting</b></h3><ul><li>Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate submission of management reports and group reporting deliverables.</li><li>Support group reporting requirements (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP as applicable).</li><li>Assist in variance analysis and provide insights to management.</li><li>Develop recurring reporting dashboards and KPIs.</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Compliance &amp; Controls</b></h3><ul><li>Ensure accounting processes comply with corporate internal control frameworks.</li><li>Provide audit support by preparing required documentation and responding to internal and external auditors.</li><li>Ensure adherence to tax regulations and support tax filings (VAT, withholding, corporate tax).</li><li>Maintain up‑to‑date accounting policies, workflows, and procedural documentation.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Process Improvement</b></h3><ul><li>Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process improvement.</li><li>Support system enhancements (ERP, reporting tools, etc.).</li><li>Standardize reporting procedures across business units.</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</b></h3><ul><li>Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, HR, and other teams to ensure financial accuracy.</li><li>Provide ad‑hoc financial analyses and support special projects.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Required Qualifications</span></u></b></p><p></p><h3><b>Education &amp;
