Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounting Manager to lead day to day accounting operations and oversee financial reporting activities for our growing organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, strengthening internal controls, and supporting external audits and strategic initiatives such future IPO readiness. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage accounting operations while driving process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities include leading general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy of financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and payroll activities, developing accounting policies, acting as primary contact for auditors, partnering with cross-functional teams, identifying process improvements, supporting corporate initiatives, and leading implementation of accounting systems.
