You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, etc.</p></li><li><p>With the product knowledge you’ll develop, you will inform, advise and train hospital professionals during workshops and presentations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.</p></li><li><p>Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up and after-sales.</p></li><li><p>Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience – and with colleagues from other Stryker Commercial divisions towards cross-departmental opportunities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need:</b></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>2&#43; years of experience. You already have demonstrable sales experience, preferably in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related. <b><u>Or</u></b> you have experience in functions such as nursing, physiotherapist, etc. combined with a commercial aptitude/interest.</p></li><li><p>Degree or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in <b>Dutch and English</b>.</p></li><li><p>Commercial and financial acumen: you are enthusiastic about (medical) technology – your resilience and desire to sell technical products with the best customer service are important elements to you.</p></li><li><p>Relationship skills: you appreciate contact with a wide variety of people and enjoy building and maintaining connections.
