This role is <b>based in Monterrey, Mexico</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Drive sales growth by managing and expanding key customer accounts</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions</li><li>Engage with customers both in-person and virtually to support their goals</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>Must be <b>based in Monterrey, Mexico</b></li><li>Master’s degree + 5 years of sales experience (scientific, lab, or healthcare preferred)</li><li>Background in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to understand technical applications and customer workflows</li><li>Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)</li><li>Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets</li><li>Comfortable working independently and in collaborative environments</li><li>Willingness to travel (50–75%) and valid driver’s license</li><li>Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
