Join a dynamic team where your results will shape our continued expansion in the region.</p><p></p><h3><b>What You Will Do</b></h3><ul><li>Drive sales performance and provide case support to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets for the Trauma and Spine portfolio.</li><li>Execute sales plans and activities aligned with local commercial strategies.</li><li>Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to expand business impact.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and healthcare customers to strengthen market presence.</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts, performance analyses, and summaries to identify issues and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Prospect and develop new accounts to grow Stryker’s customer base.</li><li>Track and report monthly insights on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity.</li><li>Gather and consolidate customer feedback to support service quality improvement and portfolio expansion.</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>What You Will Need</b></h3><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of sales, clinical support or marketing experience in medical device industry</li><li>Proficiency in English and Cantonese.</li></ul><p></p></div></div></div><div><div><div><div><p></p></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 10%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
