Our Production Services Team is now looking for three (3) <strong>Accessioning Associates</strong> to work onsite at our sample reception at our Keilaniemi office in Espoo, Finland. The positions are fixed-term and full-time.  Two (2) of these positions are helping the team during the summer vacation period and one (1) is covering for a parental leave until approximately February 2027.</span></p></div><div><p></p><p><span><strong>Job description:</strong></span></p></div><div><p><span>As an Accessioning Associate your primary task will be to receive incoming samples in our systems, perform specimen accessioning and record sample information into our systems. You confirm that samples arriving at our laboratory comply with our sample requirements and review the enclosed paperwork. Your work as an Accessioning Associate is very detail-oriented and guided by precise guidelines. Problem-solving skills are needed to apply those guidelines in practice for the diverse patient cases that are received by our laboratory. In order to ensure an uninterrupted production chain, our team works staggered working hours, including evenings. We value flexibility and the ability to work under pressure, as sometimes the work can get hectic due to a high level of incoming samples.</span></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Your main responsibilities will be: </strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Reviewing orders and sample accessioning </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Recording sample information in the Laboratory Information System </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Performing quality control for clinical samples and clinical records </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ensuring that orders and samples meet the requirements</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Our ideal candidate </strong></span></p></div><div><p><span>We hope that you are motivated to work in specimen accessioning and eager to learn more about our production processes.
