Together, we create a healthier workplace, society, and future for generations to come.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity</b></p><p>The Access Partner is responsible for developing and implementing the integrated access strategy within the ecosystem, with a focus on reimbursement of Roche’s portfolio in the healthcare system. This includes access routes, key accounts, prioritized therapeutic areas, and ecosystem context—ultimately contributing to improved patient quality of life, the sustainability of the healthcare system, and of Roche itself.</p><p>The Access Partner will also act as the People Leader for two team members based in Curaçao and serve as a Patient Journey Partner for oncology, specifically breast cancer.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement an integrated access strategy for Roche&#39;s prioritized portfolio, focusing on short, medium, and long-term outcomes, including value recognition, healthcare system capacity, affordability, and reliable outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key access stakeholders and influence legislation to promote innovation access, reimbursement, and sustainable healthcare solutions.</p></li><li><p>Create value-based commercial proposals and use evidence-based decision-making to drive access to innovation within the ecosystem.</p></li><li><p>Actively participate in payers&#39; meetings and strategically manage access-related discussions, including navigating barriers and risks.</p></li><li><p>Foster collaboration across Roche’s global, regional, and local teams while aligning access strategies with ecosystem priorities and objectives.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the People Leader for Curaçao-based team members to ensure alignment with Roche’s vision and facilitate their professional development.</p></li><li><p>Act as Patient Journey Partner for breast cancer (oncology) to deliver patient-centric solutions and improve treatment outcomes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who you are</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business; a Master’s degree is preferred.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of five years of pharmaceutical or related sector experience with proven expertise in fieldwork and public/institutional healthcare environments.</p></li><li><p>Strategic understanding of healthcare systems in the Dutch Caribbean and demonstrated ability to navigate key decision-making processes.</p></li><li><p>Strong negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills to manage high-level stakeholder interactions effectively, including payers and policymakers.</p></li><li><p>Technical capabilities in value proposition development, strategic stakeholder engagement, and access-related decision-making processes.</p></li><li><p>Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) and experience with inclusion and reimbursement procedures for innovative therapies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Availability:</b><span> </span>Must be willing to travel once a month.</p><p></p><p><b>Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.</b></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p></p><h3>Who we are</h3><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
