Starting wage $53.66/hour. It also includes $400 a month for Northern Travel Allowance.</p><p></p><p>The Hasler plant is located near Chetwynd, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own living accommodations during their shift. Transportation is provided to and from the plant from Chetwynd.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality.  Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and housekeeping.</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation</p></li><li><p>Must be able to follow company policies, procedures and competency-based training programs.</p></li><li><p>Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>4th Class Power Engineering Trade Certification</p></li><li><p>Heavy Equipment operation experience is an asset</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Safety tickets: H2s Alive, First Aid, WHMIS is considered an asset</p></li><li><p>Railcar handling experience is an asset</p></li><li><p><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, <span>candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes</span> as permitted or required by applicable law</span><span>.</span></p>
