From oncology to reproductive health, our work helps deliver faster, more actionable insights when it matters most.</p><p></p><h1><span><b>How you will make an impact</b></span></h1><p>As a Team Lead in Manufacturing Operations, you will play a critical role in guiding a high-performing team while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and production delivery.</p><p></p><p>You will lead daily operations on second shift, coordinating activities to meet production schedules while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP standards. Beyond execution, you’ll help shape a culture where continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration drive results.</p><p></p><p>Your leadership will directly support the production of innovative solutions that empower our customers—and ultimately impact patients and communities around the world.</p><p></p><h1><span><b>What you will do</b></span></h1><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing colleagues to achieve performance, quality, and safety goals</li><li>Coordinate production activities to meet schedule adherence and equipment efficiency targets</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues and optimize workflows</li><li>Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement</li><li>Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste</li><li>Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and support career development</li><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO standards, and internal quality systems</li><li>Monitor and improve key performance metrics across production operations</li></ul><p></p><h1><span><b>How you will get here</b></span></h1><ul><li>Minimum requirement is an advanced degree <b>or</b> bachelor’s degree with 2&#43; years of experience in a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, or similar)</li><li>Background in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical field preferred</li><li>2&#43; years proven experience leading teams (5&#43; colleagues) in a manufacturing or similar environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and manufacturing documentation</li><li>Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies</li><li>Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis skills</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems and Microsoft Office tools</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></u></p>The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $28.56–$42.84.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
