Will partner with SMEs from cross-functional teams to ensure that all controlled documents being revised contain required information pertaining to process, product and equipment specifications and are completed within defined timelines.How You Will Contribute: Responsible for GMP documentation process in support of manufacturing operations including:<ul><li>Revise SOPs, Batch Records and Form Preps</li><li>Ensure consistency and alignment between documents in compliance with SOP requirements</li><li>Address comments as provided by document reviewers</li><li>Learn and apply best practices when reviewing draft SOPs and Batch Records/Form Preps</li><li>Coordinate document revisions for major projects or change management</li></ul>Internship Development Opportunities:<ul><li>How to design documentation for the end user</li><li>How to write documentation for a biotechnology environment</li><li>How to effectively resource plan and manage deliverables for projects</li><li>Identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects for the documentation team</li><li>Collaboration and knowledge sharing with other departments within the Manufacturing space</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>This position will be Fully Onsite and require 4+ days in the Lexington, MA office per week.</li><li>Previous Technical writing experience</li><li>Experience with more advanced document management applications a plus (including but not limited to EDMS and TrackWise)</li><li>Basic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)</li><li>Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering</li><li>Highly reliable and a strong team player</li><li>Flexible with an attention to detail</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in life sciences, writing, project management, human performance, or similar area</li></ul><div><div>Internship Eligibility  </div><div><ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (May 26th-August 14th or June 15th- August 21st)   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames   </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program  </li></ul></div><div> Program Highlights:  </div><div><ul><li>Hands-on experience with real projects and responsibilities  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Dedicated mentorship program pairing interns with experienced professionals  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Networking opportunities with industry professionals and fellow interns  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Internship events focused on professional and skills development   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Exposure to multiple business areas or departments within a Pharmaceutical Organization  </li></ul></div><div>  </div><div>Applications will be accepted between November 7th - December 2nd </div></div><div>Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary </div><div>We understand compensation may be an important factor as you consider an internship opportunity.
