<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p>
<p>Kardigan is looking for a <strong>GxP Compliance Intern </strong>to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to the world of <strong>Quality &amp; GxP Compliance</strong>. If you are interested in developing practical skills in a supportive, fast-moving environment, this role is a great fit. You will have a direct impact on the Kardigan mission by building a centralized<strong> Inspection Readiness webpage </strong>that ensures our teams have immediate access to the tools and guidance they need to succeed. You’ll learn how to better understand complex regulations while collaborating with experienced teammates to strengthen our organizational transparency and efficiency.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Build and structure an internal user-friendly Inspection Readiness webpage.</strong></li>
<li>Research and analyze relevant regulatory requirements (such as FDA and EMA) and industry expectations to support audit preparedness.</li>
<li>Gather and organize internal documents, and records to ensure a centralized repository of high-quality resource or staging area.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the company to validate that the content is accurate and current.</li>
<li>Improve cross-functional alignment by helping to minimize information gaps and supporting company-wide Inspection readiness, tool, templates, training, and remediation efforts.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pursuing a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Public Health, or a related field at an accredited university. Or, a rising Junior or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree at a 4-year accredited university.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and research skills with a high attention to detail.</li>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Comfortable using web content tools or basic webpage building platforms like SharePoint and Smartsheets.</strong></li>
<li>A proactive "initiative-taker" who is eager to learn and take ownership of a project from start to finish.</li>
</ul>
