This role requires precision, attention to detail, adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, and harnesses according to engineering drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Using manual &amp; powered tools to perform delicate tasks such as stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.</li><li>Conduct testing such as electrical continuity and HI POT testing on cable harness assemblies to ensure quality and compliance to requirements.</li><li>Read and interpret engineering documentation, including drawings, and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Inspect, verify, and document each step of the assembly process of components and finished products. To ensure quality standards are in accordance with engineering specifications.</li><li>Help improve manufacturing process by communicating problems or concerns.</li><li>Confirm all appropriate materials needed to complete a job, according to the Bill of Materials, are with the work order (i.e.: wire, hardware, and miscellaneous components) as well as printing out labels for each work order.</li><li>Utilize Lean &amp; Continuous Improvement techniques to drive quality &amp; productivity.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><u>Requirements: </u></p><ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
