The Position

患者解决方案负责人，负责制定患者整体解决方案相关的策略和团队管理工作，包含但不限于助力和规划疾病教育、支持创新支付解决方案、准入及安全运营，以及上市前后产品的学术平台搭建等活动和项目。通过敏捷工作方式融动跨部门资源，给予团队必要的支持和辅导。通过实现团队工作有效性和合作有效性的提升，最终实现对外部客户、患者及合作机构的更多获益。

A.洞察与策略

• 进行数据整理及分析，洞察业务机会和风险

• 协助区域生态群负责人制定属地化策略，包括：学术平台的搭建和资源布局、准入与安全运营、创新平台和患者可支付性的提升等，所有和提升诊疗水平和患者全程管理相关的举措

B.平台和项目协同

• 确保资源的有效实施和整合，最大化资源使用效率

• 合理布局团队的工作重点，支持生态圈负责人的各项关键任务的落地实施

C.跨部门沟通及合作

• 对接圈外（总部）的医学、法务合规、准入、市场、培训等部门，确保生态圈内外部的信息及时、精准的传递

D.团队管理和人员辅导

• 不断促进团队的工作效能，打造敏捷的工作氛围和方式

我们期待这样的您加入：

• 8年以上医药行业工作经验，有管理经验者优先

• 成长性思维和快速学习能力

• 具备业务敏锐度和市场洞察、规划能力

• 优秀的沟通，合作和资源整合能力

教育程度/所获资格证书

医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
