The Position

Job Summary职位概述:
根据业务部门需求，负责建立并优化招投标战略。 为了高效地管理招投标价格并保障区域准入，需要，
a.    负责为招投标提供区域政策及策略建议
b.    与业务团队和招标管理团队合作，高效地完成区域的阳光采购工作
c.    销售团队的招投标能力
 
Main  Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1.    Support developing bidding strategy, process & systems and influence provincial bidding policy. 
协助建立招投标战略，流程及系统并对招投标进行正面影响
2.    Propose tender tactics and process to make positive strategy and action plan advice.
对招投标内容及流程了解并能给予相应策略及行动方案建议
3.    Coordinate with BA, BGI and related team to ensure winning the bid with an appreciate margin level. 
和业务部门及财务团队协作，以合适的利润率赢得标的
4.    Coordinate cross function teams to solve problems during bidding including but not limit to quality level classifying, patent and appealing, price negotiation. 
跨部门协作，解决招投标过程中产生的问题。
5.    Monitor each procedure in bidding process and provide training to sales team. 
监督招投标过程并为销售团队提供培训
6.    Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
直线经理指派的其他任务
7.    Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

8.    Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责（详见SHE手册相关定义）

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1.    A Bachelor or Master Degrees 
大学本科或硕士学历
2.    Client management and bidding information management experience a must. 
具有客户管理和招标管理经验
3.    Strong data analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues of a complex nature. 
较强的数据处理分析能力和解决问题的技巧，及迅速解决复杂问题的能力
4.    Experience of sunshine procurement and bidding operation in IVD or pharmaceutical industry required.
具有体外诊断或制药行业的阳光采购和招标操作经验
5.    Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners. 
良好的人际关系，较强的中英文演讲以及口头和书面的沟通技巧，与内外部业务伙伴进行有效沟通的能力
6.    Integrity and team work are core values.

Experience工作经验:
1.    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in bidding operations with 3 years in managerial position  
至少5年招标运营相关的工作经验，3年管理经验
2.    Strong communication skill and cross functional collaboration experience 
有较强的沟通能力和跨部门协调的经验
3.    Previous experience of IVD bidding management strongly preferred
有IVD招标管理经验者优先考虑
