The Position

职位概述:
负责指定区域内客户管理以及达成业务指标


主要工作职责:
1. 向客户(终端客户)推广及销售部门产品,及时解决产品出现的问题,完成或超过月度和年度指标
2. 准确的月度和季度销售预测
3. 配合维修工程师和应用技术专员进行仪器安装,进行仪器标示应用范围内的培训
4. 更新客户资料,拜访重点客户,传递产品标示应用范围内的信息,并及时得到用户的反馈
5. 与市场和应用技术支持协作以确保客户满意度
6. 及时获取最新的市场和竞争信息
7. 监督管理所辖区域内的销售和应用支持专员,包括但不限于:辅导,培训,指派工作,绩效评估,约束员
工,处理投诉,解决问题

基本任职资格:
1. 生命科学或相关领域硕士及以上学历
2. 英语说写能力俱佳
3. 熟练应用微软办公软件
4. 产品和应用的专业知识

5. 5年以上相关行业销售,应用支持,客户服务或培训等外企管理工作经验
