Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><span><u><b>主要职责/责任:</b></u><br />1、根据年度策略,同目标合作伙伴一起制定联合生意计划并达成合作协议,建立持续合作关系</span></p><ul><li><p>理解公司在广阔市场和外包业务的策略,根据区域特点制定可行的生意拓展计划</p></li><li><p><span>寻求和拜访区域目标合作伙伴,建立合作并达成联合生意计划,签署合作协议</span></p></li><li><p><span>确保谈判和协议始终维护公司和患者利益,符合法律法规与双方公司相关制度要求</span></p></li></ul><p><span>2、建立有效沟通跟进机制,赋能合作商业推广团队,促进年度业务目标达成</span></p><ul><li><p>依据双方共识,达成有效的沟通跟进机制,定期进行业务回顾交流</p></li><li><p><span>专业水平整合罗氏市场部、医学部等资源,持续为合作商业推广团队进行疾病产品知识培训,提升专业水平</span></p></li><li><p><span>协助、督促所辖区合作商业的目标任务的完成,持续提高市场份额</span></p></li></ul><p><span>3、依据中央产品策略,强化省级临床KOL 的合作与关键信息传递,扩大区域品牌影响力</span></p><ul><li><p>充分理解中央品牌策略与年度计划,建立省级临床KOL 客户进行分类管理档案,并实施计划</p></li><li><p><span>决学术问题协助合作伙伴代表,拜访省级关键KOL 专家,清晰传递产品推广信息,了解客户需求,解</span></p></li><li><p><span>邀请并组织关键专家参与罗氏全国或区域主要学术活动,强化专家观念和合作基础</span></p></li></ul><p><span>4、协同政府、合作商业、罗氏等资源,推动策略性项目在区域的实施,搭建流感一体化防控生态圈</span></p><ul><li><p>识别所辖区域卫健委、疾控和商业合作的资源与机会,促进多方资源联动,扩大重点人群宣传</p></li><li><p><span>负责推动罗氏全国关键项目在所辖区域的实施、跟进和评估反馈</span></p></li><li><p><span>协助商业合作伙伴定制化区域项目的策划,为其提供学术资源输入</span></p></li></ul><p><span>5、促进跨部门合作,收集市场信息反馈,不断优化业务模式,提升竞争力</span></p><ul><li><p>联合MCE、其他CSO 团队,整合资源进行联合拜访,推动罗氏效益最大化</p></li><li><p><span>与速福达自营医院团队、零售团队、市场团队等建立有效联动与协同</span></p></li><li><p><span>充分听取客户、合作伙伴等多方信息反馈,收集市场数据,不断优化业务模式</span></p></li></ul><p><br /><u><b><span>能力与经验</span></b></u></p><ul><li><p>大学本科及以上,医学、药学、市场营销或相关专业优先</p></li><li><p><span>卓越的执行力,结果导向</span></p></li><li><p><span>良好的谈判、沟通与人际能力</span></p></li><li><p><span>成长型思维</span></p></li><li><p><span>6 年以上相关工作经验,地区经理、商务、CSO 经验优先;</span></p></li><li><p><span>优秀的客户管理或销售能力,擅长区域管理与业务计划</span></p></li><li><p><span>敢于挑战,富有激情,踏实肯干</span></p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p></p><h3>Who we are</h3><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
