Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><u><b>Job Summary</b></u><br />The Patient Solution Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></u><br />Define nation-wide and local (by different ecosystem circle) projects scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines.<br />•    Build and lead cross-functional project teams. Set clear expectations, delegate tasks, and ensure team members are motivated and productive.<br />•    Allocate and manage project resources efficiently. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed.<br />•    Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Proactively address issues to keep projects on track.<br />•    Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.<br />•    Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management. Provide regular project status updates and reports.<br />•    Monitor project budgets and expenses. Control costs and seek opportunities for cost savings.<br />•    Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Assess the impact and communicate changes effectively.<br />•    Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.<br />•    Build strong relationships with KOLs or other key stakeholders. Ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p><br /><u><b>Qualification Requirement:</b></u><br />Job Required Competencies<br />•    Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.<br />•    Solid leadership and team management skills.<br />•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br />•    Proficiency in project management software and tools.<br />•    Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.<br />•    Knowledge of industry best practices in project management</p><p></p><p>Years of Working Experience<br />•    5 years above experience in pharmaceutical industry</p><p></p><p>Education/Qualifications<br />•    Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, project management, or a related field.
