<h2><b>Job Description:</b></h2><p> This role is responsible for leading MA&amp;MSL team for assigned therapeutic area that steers the medical communication to key opinion leader and customers, thus leveraging the spread of knowledge and reputation of Ferring and its products, which lays the foundation of business achievements for the assigned therapeutic areas/products. The position is also responsible for steering the strategic medical business focus.</p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Ensure therapeutic area medical affairs team management, such as coaching, talent development, performance management as well as persistent</span><span> </span><span>process optimization. </span>  </p></li><li><p>Leads a team of RMMH MA&amp;MSL&#39;s in order to achieve:</p><p>- medical strategy development aligning with global RMMH franchise and GMA</p><p>- optimal support and development of KOL/ROL&#39;s</p><p>- high quality medical and scientific support/communication to internal and external customers</p></li><li><p><span>Supervises, develops and manages Phase IV studies and IIT and ensures that proposals are aligned with medical objectives within Ferring locally and globally. This includes the whole process according to SOP&#39;s. Ensures project needs are in line with commercial objectives</span><span>.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><div>● <b>Education:</b>​ Master&#39;s degree or above in Medical Science or Clinical Medicine.</div><div>● TA<b>:</b>​ Experience in Gynecology &amp; Obstetrics required; Fertility experience is a plus.</div><div>● <b>Experience:</b>​ 8&#43; years in Medical Affairs at an MNC preferred.</div><div>● <b>Language:</b>​ Must be fluent in English.</div><h2><b>Location:</b></h2>Ferring China M&amp;S
