We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Job Title: 医药代表 (Medical Representative)<br /><br />Company:** Lilly (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.<br /><br />---<br /><br />Job Summary<br /><br />As a Medical Representative at Lilly (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for effectively promoting Lilly&#39;s innovative pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within a designated territory, fostering strong relationships, and driving product awareness and adoption to improve patient outcomes.<br /><br />---<br /><br />Job Responsibilities<br /><br />* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other relevant medical staff in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.<br />* Present detailed and accurate information about Lilly&#39;s pharmaceutical products, including their features, benefits, clinical data, and appropriate usage, in compliance with company policies and ethical guidelines.<br />* Understand and effectively communicate complex scientific and medical information to HCPs, addressing their questions and concerns comprehensively.<br />* Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.<br />* Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and territory performance to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies as needed.<br />* Organize and participate in medical symposia, educational events, and product presentations to enhance product knowledge and awareness among HCPs.<br />* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and territory management in the CRM system.<br />* Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, including those related to pharmaceutical promotion and compliance.<br />* Provide timely feedback to management on market intelligence, customer needs, and competitive landscape.<br />* Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, medical affairs, and sales management to optimize territory performance.<br /><br />---<br /><br />Job Qualifications<br /><br />* Bachelor&#39;s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related life science field.<br />* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.<br />* Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.<br />* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.<br />* Strong scientific and clinical knowledge, with the ability to understand and articulate complex medical information.<br />* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritize tasks.<br />* Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.<br />* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br />* Valid driver&#39;s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.<br />* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
